How do I request for a move?

To request for a move, you may choose to:
1. Self serve by logging in to Astro Self Service and follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click Support Tickets
Step 2: Click Create Support Tickets
Step 3: Choose Relocation from the 'Choose a category that matches your issue' dropdown menu
Step 4: Fill in the form and click Submit Support Ticket

2. Write to us at [email protected]

3. Walk in to any of our Astro Service Centres/Astro Lifestyle Centres
