Step 2: One of our agents will contact you within 24 hours to set an appointment if you’re using Self Service - MY ACCOUNT.
Step 3: You will receive a reminder of your appointment an hour before your scheduled time.
Step 4: The technician will dismantle your satellite dish.
Step 5: You will need to transport your device(s) to your new home.
Step 6: The technician will reinstall your satellite dish at your new home based on the schedule appointment.
