Apakah yang berlaku jika peranti saya rosak?

WiFi routers and fibre modems will be replaced upon checking and verification by Astro’s Contact Centre/ installer. They will be replaced without additional charge regardless of contract tenure.

Router Wi-fi dan modem gentian akan digantikan selepas pemeriksaan dan pengesahan oleh Pusat Hubungan Astro/ pemasang. Ia akan digantikan tanpa caj tambahan tidak kira tempoh kontrak.
