What happens if I move to a new location during the contract period?

What happens if I move to a new location during the contract period?

Apakah yang berlaku jika saya berpindah ke lokasi baharu dalam tempoh kontrak?

For customers with a satellite dish, our installers will dismantle the Fibre modem, WiFi router, and Astro satellite dish at your old location for you. You will need to bring all the items to your new location with your Ultra/Ulti box along with you. At your new location, our installers will assist in reinstalling the satellite dish, Fibre modem, WiFi router and Mesh WiFi (if applicable).

If your Astro Box is a Plug & Play box, you will need to bring all the devices including the box, WiFi router, Fibre Modem, and Mesh WiFi (if applicable) to your new location. Our installers will then meet you there to assist and install the devices for you.

Relocation to serviceable area: 

In-contract customers:

You will be charged a fixed relocation fee of RM500 and a new 24-month contract will begin after the installation of Astro Fibre at the new location.

Out-of-Contract Customers:

There will be no relocation fee applies.

Relocation to a non-serviceable area: 

An early cancellation fee of RM 100 x Remaining months of the contract applies. Your Astro Pay-TV service (via satellite or Plug & Play) will continue.

Relocation to Maxis/Allo area: 

You will be charged an early cancellation fee of RM100 x Remaining months of the contract. A new order will be created, and a new 24-month contract will begin after the installation of Astro & Broadband bundle package with Maxis/Allo at the new location.

Bagi pelanggan yang mempunyai dish satelit, pemasang kami akan nyah pasang modem Fiber, penghala WiFi dan dish satelit Astro di lokasi lama untuk anda. Anda perlu membawa semua item ke lokasi baharu bersama kotak Ultra/Ulti. Di lokasi baharu anda, pemasang kami akan membantu memasang semula dish satelit, modem Fiber, penghala WiFi dan WiFi Mesh (jika berkenaan).

Jika Box Astro anda ialah Box Plug & Play, anda perlu membawa semua peranti termasuk Box, penghala WiFi, Modem Fiber dan WiFi Mesh (jika berkenaan) ke lokasi baharu. Pemasang kami kemudiannya akan menemui anda di sana untuk membantu dan memasang peranti untuk anda.

Penempatan semula ke kawasan yang boleh diservis:: 

Pelanggan dalam kontrak:

Anda akan dikenakan bayaran pemindahan tetap sebanyak RM500 dan kontrak 24 bulan baharu akan bermula selepas pemasangan Astro Fiber di lokasi baharu.

Pelanggan di luar kontrak:

Tiada bayaran pemindahan akan dikenakan.

Penempatan semula ke kawasan yang tidak boleh diservis: 

Yuran pembatalan awal sebanyak RM 100 x Baki bulan kontrak dikenakan. Perkhidmatan Astro Pay-TV anda (melalui satelit atau Plug & Play) akan diteruskan.

Penempatan semula ke kawasan Maxis/Allo: 

Anda akan dikenakan yuran pembatalan awal sebanyak RM100 x Baki bulan kontrak. Order baharu akan dibuat, dan kontrak 24 bulan baharu akan bermula selepas pemasangan pakej bundle Astro & Broadband dengan Maxis/Allo di lokasi baharu.
