What happens if I move to a new location during the contract period?

What happens if I move to a new location during the contract period?

Astro TV

You will need to bring along all devices to your new place as no new devices will be issued. Standard relocation fee applies. Your contract period continues as per normal.

Broadband / IPTV

1. Within 6 months of contract start

Customer will be charged a RM500.00 relocation fee, and the contract will be renewed to a new 24-month contract.

‍

2. After 6 months of contract start

Customer will have their contract renewed to a new 24-month contract.

‍

3. Relocation non-serviceable area within contract period

Downgrade to Astro without broadband: 50% of the contract cancellation fee will be applied.

Full termination of Astro & Broadband service: 100% of the contract cancellation fee will be applied

*Contract cancellation fee will be calculated based on your subscribed package, contract period, and box type.

Astro TV

Anda perlu membawa bersama semua peralatan ke tempat baharu anda kerana tiada peralatan baharu akan diberikan. Yuran pemindahan standard akan dikenakan. Tempoh kontrak anda diteruskan seperti biasa.

Broadband / IPTV

1. Dalam tempoh 6 bulan kontrak bermula

Pelanggan akan dikenakan bayaran pemindahan RM500.00, dan kontrak akan diperbaharui kepada kontrak baharu 24 bulan.

2. Selepas tempoh 6 bulan kontrak bermula

Kontrak pelanggan akan diperbaharui kepada kontrak baharu 24 bulan.

3. Pemindahan ke kawasan tanpa servis dalam tempoh kontrak

Turun taraf kepada Astro tanpa broadband: 50% daripada yuran pembatalan kontrak akan dikenakan.

Penamatan penuh perkhidmatan Astro & Broadband: 100% daripada yuran pembatalan kontrak akan dikenakan

*Yuran pembatalan kontrak akan dikira berdasarkan pakej yang dilanggan, tempoh kontrak dan jenis box anda.
