Switch off the power for your box and make sure that the adapter’s power light is off.
Locate the SIM card at the left side and gently pull it out.
Wipe the SIM card’s gold chip clean using a dry soft cloth.
Make sure the gold chip is facing down and reinsert it all the way in.
Switch on the power for your box and make sure that the adapter’s power light is on.
Please wait for 5 minutes.
Turn on your Ultra Box. You should no longer be experiencing this problem.
