Network Connection Not Available (NCNA) - Ultra Box / Ulti Box

Tiada Sambungan Rangkaian (NCNA) - Ultra Box / Ulti Box

STEP 1

On your remote, press the HOME button and the home menu will be  displayed on top of your screen.

STEP 2

Navigate to SETTINGS and press “OK”.

STEP 3

Navigate to STB Diagnostics and press “OK”.

STEP 4

Navigate to Network Diagnostics and press "OK" .

STEP 5

Please ensure the Tunes service multicast  status is Multicast Up.

If the status is Multicast is Not Available, please reboot the decoder and router before verifying this status.

If issue persists, please submit the issue on our Feedback Form with error details and attach a picture of your Network Diagnostics.

LANGKAH 1

Pada alat kawalan jauh anda, tekan butang "HOME" dan menu laman utama akan dipaparkan di bahagian atas skrin anda.

LANGKAH 2

Pergi ke Settings dan tekan "OK".

LANGKAH 3

Pergi ke STB Diagnostic dan tekan "OK".

LANGKAH 4

Navigasi ke Network Diagnostic dan tekan "OK".

LANGKAH 5

Sila pastikan status pada Tunes service multicast ialah Multicast Up.

Jika status Multicast ialah Tidak Tersedia, sila reboot semula dekoder dan router sebelum mengesahkan status ini.

Jika masalah berterusan, sila laporkan isu ini melalui Borang Maklum Balas dengan butiran ralat dan lampirkan gambar Network Diagnostic anda.
