STEP 1

On your remote, press the HOME button and the home menu will be  displayed on top of your screen.

STEP 2

Navigate to SETTINGS and press “OK”.

STEP 3

Navigate to STB Diagnostics and press “OK”.

STEP 4

Navigate to Network Diagnostics and press "OK" .

STEP 5

Please ensure the Tunes service multicast  status is Multicast Up.

If the status is Multicast is Not Available, please reboot the decoder and router before verifying this status.
