STEP 1

On your remote, press the &ldquo;HOME&rdquo; button and the home menu will &nbsp;be displayed at the bottom of your screen.

STEP 2

Navigate to&nbsp;SETTINGS&nbsp;and press &ldquo;OK&rdquo;.

STEP 3

Navigate to&nbsp;STB &nbsp;DIAGNOSTICS&nbsp;and press &ldquo;OK&rdquo;.

STEP 4

Select the &ldquo;Network&rdquo; tab in the STB Diagnostics page.

Please ensure the Tunes service multicast &nbsp;status is&nbsp;Multicast Up.

If the status is&nbsp;Multicast is Not Available, please reboot your box and router before verifying this status.
