Step 1: Dial 03-9543 8100 and select your preferred language
Step 2: Key in your 12-digit Astro smartcard number, followed by the # key for Prepaid Balance
Step 3: Select Option 2 for Technical Assistance
Step 4: Select Option 1 “If your TV is displaying "This channel is not included in your subscription" or "We apologise for the service interruption"
Leave your decoder on standby as we resume your service.
If the issue persists after 1 hour, call us between 8am to 12am to seek further assistance from our agents.
