Saya sudah hentikan langganan Mesh Wi-fi tapi belum pulangkan peranti. Adakah terdapat caj penalti?

Yes, penalty fee of RM200/Mesh WiFi will be imposed if customer fails to return the device(s). The courier company would make two attempts to retrieve the Mesh WiFi unit within a period of 30 days, failing which the penalty would be imposed.

Ya, caj penalti RM200/unit Mesh Wi-fi akan dikenakan jika pelanggan gagal memulangkan peranti. Syarikat kurier akan membuat dua kali percubaan untuk mendapatkan semula unit Mesh Wi-fi dalam tempoh 30 hari, dan penalti akan dikenakan sekiranya gagal.
