Saya telah menamatkan langganan Mesh WiFi, tetapi saya gagal memulangkan peranti tersebut. Adakah terdapat bayaran penalti?

Yes, a penalty fee of RM200/Mesh WiFi unit will be imposed if the customer fails to return the device(s). The courier company will make two attempts to retrieve the Mesh WiFi unit(s) within a period of 30 days, failing which the penalty would be imposed.

Ya, bayaran penalti sebanyak RM200/unit Mesh WiFi akan dikenakan jika pelanggan gagal memulangkan peranti. Syarikat kurier akan membuat dua percubaan untuk mendapatkan semula Mesh WiFi dalam tempoh 30 hari, jika gagal, penalti akan dikenakan.
