  1. You are logging in with the correct Astro ID and password. If you can’t remember your password, please proceed to use the “forgot password” function. For more information, please refer to Question 8 under Astro ID Help & Support FAQ.
  2. You have an Astro ID that is linked to an Astro account. (note: NJOI – linked users will not be able to log into Astro GO)
  3. Your Astro account is active and not under suspension.
