Yes, an existing IPTV customer is eligible to switch to Astro Fibre. However, your IPTV services will be switched to a Plug & Play service, and your existing Astro PVR / B.yond Box will be upgraded to the Ultra/Ulti box. There is no additional charge for the Astro Ultra/Ulti upgrade. Please note that you will be re-contracted for 24 months upon installation.
