After closing your NJOI account, you are not required to return the NJOI prepaid decoder, Smartcard, remote control or outdoor satellite dish to Astro. Thus, you are required to recycle these devices to ensure we all play our role in protecting the environment.

Here’s How to Recycle Your NJOI Devices:

Please discard your old NJOI devices only at registered collection centres for proper handling and management of e-waste in an environmentally sound manner. Click here to find a registered collection center near you. Alternatively, you may also recycle your device at a Customer Service Center (CSC) or Astro Authorised Retailer (AAR). You may also call 03-9543 3838 to schedule an installer visit for RM60 to dismantle your satellite dish and recycle the devices on your behalf.
