1. Self-serve by logging in to MY ACCOUNT and follow the steps below:

Step 1: From MENU OPTIONS, choose Account Summary.

Step 2: Choose the Smartcard and click “RELOCATE”.

Step 3: Fill in the form and click “Proceed”.

Step 4: Confirm the Address and Contact Number, support ticket will be created.

2. Submit your feedback via below link.

Step1: Choose Feedback Type.

  • Category: My Astro service is currently unavailable
  • Sub Category: Installation/Relocation

Step2: Fill in the form and click “Submit” support ticket.
