My TV screen showed "please insert your sim card". When I pulled and insert it again it showed a triangle yellow color with sim card logo inside. What is going on?

Slmt pgi nk tya naper akaun sya x di smbung ngam akaun astro.... Naper kuar nijoi? Sdgkn sya dh byr msih x kuar akaun astro sya.

My TV screen showing please insert the correct astro smart card (s2).. i called astro service to reactivate my decoder as you said because my decoder was off for long period.. but then astro claimed that my astro smart card is broken.. i dont know how this could happen to our card as it always at the decoder... we asked for a new card.. but the card not yet arrive like what have been promised by the astro service... we deserve a good service and previlage from astro service as we pay..

Worst company ever just start astro today after a few hour this problems appear insert the correct astro smart card. And need to wait 3working day to get new card. I regret to trust astro again!!

My decorxer hang and not even one massage appear.What should i do. I ve call astro service centre alsa nothing can solve.

Sila masukkan kad pintar yang betul dengan anak panah menegakmasalah dekoder njoi saya berlarutan. call astro takde yang berjaya pikap call. sila ambil perhatian ke atas masalah saya ni. terima kasih

I am having the same problem too. The decoder got stuck in the booting process.
