I've received new astro card. How to activate it. I've called astro for rhe past 1/2 hour...no one answer. Pls help

Masalah sy sila masukkan kad pintar astro yg betol dgn ank panah mghala ke atas(s2)...apa yg perlu sy buat...call hbs kn kdt ja...no answer

My decorxer hang and not even one massage appear.What should i do. I ve call astro service centre alsa nothing can solve.

Sila masukkan kad pintar yang betul dengan anak panah menegakmasalah dekoder njoi saya berlarutan. call astro takde yang berjaya pikap call. sila ambil perhatian ke atas masalah saya ni. terima kasih

I am having the same problem too. The decoder got stuck in the booting process.
