My TV screen showing 'Please insert the correct Astro Smart Card (S2)', what should I do?

To resolve your issue, click here (On Screen Message -> Please ensure that your Astro Smart Card is fully inserted (S1))

Worst company ever just start astro today after a few hour this problems appear insert the correct astro smart card. And need to wait 3working day to get new card. I regret to trust astro again!!

Sila masukkan kad pintar yang betul dengan anak panah menegak

masalah dekoder njoi saya berlarutan. call astro takde yang berjaya pikap call. sila ambil perhatian ke atas masalah saya ni. terima kasih
