I created Support Ticket via Self-service portal. How do I know the progress or track the status of it?

  1. Visit the Astro Self Service portal 
  2. Log in using your Astro ID and password 
  3. Click Login
  4. Click Support tickets
  5. Filter your Support tickets

How long the progress takes for an action? I created support ticket under service request for a RELOCATION
