I want to change back from e-billing to physical bill. Am we allowed to do so?

You certainly can, but Astro encourages to move over to e-billing because it’s better for the environment! If you still want to revert back to physical bills, enquire online on Astro Self Service, or call Astro at 03 9543 3838, or simply walk in to any one of Customer Service Centres/Astro Lifestyle Centres.
